I did another double, that's three days in a row. 3.3 mile shakeout run this morning (icy cold, frost on the grass) and 7.7 this afternoon with a challenging surge-tempo-surge workout (4.2 miles of that).

A little over four miles and some strides. It was 55°F and a little breezy but the sun was great.

Feeling pretty ready for my 5K Saturday.

Worked a half day, and after getting home, having a nap, headed out for 8K, but actually did 9.25K.
