Gorgeous day for the a run. Temps in the high 60°Fs and mainly sunny. A dozen Ks.

After last week's heat and humidity, it feels remarkably cool this week.

7.5 miles with long warmup (4+ miles) and short workout of 3X 800, 3X 200 (approx., based on time).

Gorgeous day here as well, only a bit on the humid side but world's better than last week.

I met up with my coach for 8-9 miles and we ended up doing 10. I think that's the first time I've run with someone outside of a race or cool down since high school 21 years ago.
