Legs feeling a little brick'ist from yesterday's first bike ride on any note. Still a nice 11.5K.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Getting lots of rain today, but it's needed.

5.8 miles with a light tune-up session of 5X 200 on the track. Racing Saturday.

5 mile rest day run.

The weather was great but I got a speeding ticket on my way to the trail.
