[Loco Coyote]

It was WWIII outside last night, first year in our new house/new neighborhood which is pretty quiet but they were at it for about 4 hours.

15.8 mile progression, starting out easy for about 5.5 miles and then bringing down to 7:30 and eventually sub 7:10 pace for 9+ miles. Trying to build some resilience.  65 miles for the week.

3 mile tempo session. It was war zone here too until at least 2 or 3 am.
