16 miles with a fair amount of heat and humidity starting out very easy for 18-20 minutes, then easy for about 45 minutes, then easy-moderate effort for the rest of the way.

3 mile threshold run in ideal weather conditions. This'll probably be my last for a week as I'll be traveling for the next 9 days.

A good summer's day, sunny and feeling in the mid 80°Fs. Did my best to run on the shady side of the street. 16.6K.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Did a double. It was mild temperatures in the morning around 8:30 for the first 6 miles but really humid.

Then in the afternoon I did 4 miles just after it rained and it was hot plus there was literally steam coming off the pavement. I wanted to wait but sometimes you just have to fit the run in when you can.

10 miles on the day.
