Cooler here today at mid 60°s  I did 4 miles sticking to zone 2 except in the hills.

I'm racing this weekend but did an easy double on Thursday. 6.4 miles with 4X 20-25 sec strides in the morning and 3.4 in the afternoon. Having a heck of a time getting my insurance wellness card in use (to go to the fitness center) so I ran outside when it was kind of warm (high 70s) but not unbearable.
