20.7 miles on rail trail progressing for the first 5 miles from 8:40 to 7:35, and then the next 15.5 averaged about 7:10 pace.

Worked at a Terry Fox Run this morning. Then got out for a late afternoon 10K. Felt there is some light at the end of the tunnel for my Piriformis Syndrome butt. Started out not bad, but still bothersome through most of the run. Still taking it easy with some walk breaks going up hills.

Would have been ok with the rain but I also locked my keys in my truck. Luckily some random person let this random, soaked and shirtless weirdo borrow their phone and my wife was able to unlock the doors remotely.
