I love it plain or a bit of salt and pepper. Also with canned pears, grated cheddar and pepper--yum!

This thread might make me brave enough to try it; I've only ever used it in a few recipes. It's one of the few seemingly mainstream foods that icks me out!

I had some last night for dinner with a little green sauce from the Peruvian chicken place mixed in and a sprinkle of kosher salt on top. Mmmm.

Yes, it's aji and it's SO good. I can't eat cilantro much but I love it.
