54k ITT with a few hills for good measure.

This surely belongs to Tony Martin -- since Spartacus went home early.

Horner (again) http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/horner-now-i-go-to-the-vuelta-to-win He'll be getting a ton of press in the next two months.

These are good but especially check out Demare's emergency nature break.

I totally get it.
I'm guessing his colon screamed, "What would PortyMum do?"
And he answered, "Any port in a storm, dammit!"

:) Very resourceful. And think of the bragging rights for the camper owner!

The only thing I don't like about this is that it is no fun to watch once you know the results (which is impossible to avoid if you read dutch newspapers and I do, especially now with the whole MH17 thing). And, I am at work so I can't watch live. Oh well.

I think it might be

1. Nibali (duh)
2. Peraud
3. Valverde (I hope he gets 3rd, as he got shafted last year with that puncture during the echelons)
4. Pinot (with a white jersey to console him and many more years to try)
5. Van Garderen (fingers crossed!)
6. Bardet
7&8 Bau and Lau (that moniker cracks me up, so I'm going with it). I realize nobody cares about 7 or 8, but I am throwing them in there anyway.

So far Van Garderen is doing well. Bau & Lau both lost a spot to Konig. Doofuses.

Great ride by TJ.
Did Mollema and Ten Dam actually ride their bikes for the TT, or did they just walk it?

I read Bardet got a flat which cost him 5th place. Oh well, I'm still happy for TJ.

Horner was supposed to be using this to test his TT readiness ahead of the Vuelta. I think the reading is "NOT READY!"
