[Ice Cream]

It is 15 years ago that I met DH.  Our first date was a run.

3 mile walk on what is usually my rest day.

10 miles in a heavy, driving rain

Rest & wine.

Rest, in the form of 20 minutes of very easy elliptical, followed by loads o' Graston and ice/compression on each leg in turn, in this contraption they have in the office. I like gadgets.

11K.  Best feeling run I had for a while.  Warm enough for shorts and tees too, though the wind was brutal.
