I'm psyched because this is the first pre-dawn weekday run that I've been able to get seven miles in. 

Not that I enjoy waking up that early, but since I can't sleep anyway these days, I might as well run.

I walked about 2 miles.  I'm still pretty sore but I can finally walk briskly today!  Feels good to move.
