Tempeh

 Any good ideas on what to do with it?  I have basically been steaming it and adding it to stir fries and salads.

That is pretty much what i have done. In the far past I have made tempeh loaves and they were good, but no recipe on hand.

My boyfriend has made buffalo tempeh in the past, to dip into blue cheese dressing (as with buffalo wings). I'm not sure exactly what he did, but it involved baking and Frank's Red Hot Sauce.

I haven't cooked with tempeh for years (not available here, not something I'm inclined to make), but my vegan friend said this facebook page https://www.facebook.com/BarrysTempeh/ is a good source for recipes that are not stirfry, and are not grilled and slathered with BBQ sauce.
