11 miles, 2 or 3 in walk-jog mode. Chalk it off to acclimating to warmer temps. Yep, that's the ticket.

Cold and windy. 5lbs extra clothes.
Did I mention it was windy?

800m jog
10 mins dynamic warmup drills

2 sets of 100, 200, 300m sprints @90% max speed
5 x 30m sprints with starting blocks
jog 800m

Volunteered at the Delaware Marathon.  it's a nice little race, you all need to come out and run it. 
But managed to squeeze in 6 miles on the course.
