Went out for a 10k. This was going to be my longest run of the year so far.
It had rained most of the night.
Good news, the pollen had been knocked down.
Bad news, it was warm and humid.
First 3 miles were good. Then I started to overheat.
It had been seven months since I had needed water or ice on a run,
and I didn't think to bring any. Went one more mile, then shut it down.

I might try again tonight.
