16 miles.  Started very muggy but thankfully fog & cool air rolled in.

finished despite what i would consider a short stride due to tight hamstrings.
i try to stretch frequently and often but i don't really feel that my stride opens up until after a couple uphills.
hard to do until i increase my distance.
The scientific consensus might, of course, be wrong. If the history of science teaches anything, it is humility. But our grandchildren will surely blame us if they find that we understood the reality of climate change and failed to do anything about it.
