Anyone training for anything specific?

Jacksonville, FL July 22-24.  The heat is not a factor for sprinting, but kind of ridiculous fur anything over 400M in my opinion.  The National Senior Games (separate track meet) is in Minnesota 2 weeks earlier.

Yeah, I considered Senior Games pretty seriously, but coming just a month after we complete our move--plus other things going down this summer--I'll have to pass in favor of some mountain racing that week.
