fall races?

did one of my two goal races last week, and definitely was faster than I expected.  So, one more week to my next goal race.

23K in NH in Sept - trail race that is hilly and I am not really trained for

5k in Oct for the animal shelter that I volunteer at
26.2 trail marathon in Nov

The first two are done and 3 to go. Saturday was my last race in the 30-39 age group.
