There was no date on this thread, so I wasn't sure if it was from January or even 1995 or 2009 or something. I am assuming it is Saturday, April 1, 2017.  I ran 3 miles on the dreadmill during the snowstorm.

still no running, due to sciatica pain.  PT exercises are working, I think.  walked 4.2 miles.

Still unseasonably cold out.  Still howling winds.  Still alternating rain/snow/sleet/mist and just to add to the mix we even had a little hail yesterday.
