[Plugging Along]

Went out for my first real long run.
Only 10k, but you got to start somewhere.
It rained last night, so warm and muggy.
I didn't take any water along because it was only 10k.
Mistake. Started to overheat and shut it down at 4 miles.
It was an easy enough run that I'll try 10k tomorrow night.
