Rowing day.

Used spf 50 and wore a visor both times and my face is still scorched.  I think I instantly sweat that stuff off.

I went 5 miles this morning at 5:30, but didn't want to start the thread. It was raining. I like running in the rain on occasion.

Ran the 50, 100 and 200  at our weekly summer track meet .  Came in fourth out of four in the 50 and 100. Of course I'm 58, and I was running against high school and college kids.  Took third in the 200 against the college kids, and ran a 30.68!
