10 mile easy run + 10 miles cycling

 6 miles in light rain, 75°. My longest run since April, and the first time I actually felt pretty good since I've been distance running again over the last month.

Scary moment when a branch fell off the tree I was running under and hit me in the head. Thankfully it was a small branch so it was only annoying and surprising. But it does make you think about the randomness of it all.
