guayusa leaves

OMIGOD.

So, I have been drinking a lot of juice this week.  And I tried some with Gauyusa leaves in it.  I did not realize how loaded with caffeine these leaves are.  It made me ZOOM!  But it was a calm energy.  They make tea with it too.  But oh my.

I was a bit boneheaded as I didn't think to equate energy with caffeine.  I am buying more.
