Sprint workout today!  Last track workout for awhile due to impending snowstorm.

Jog 800m
20 minutes plyometric drills (high knees, butt kicks, Mach A&B skips, grapevines),
4 x 40m strides of increasing speed
1 x 100m @ 90% top speed
4 x 60m @ 95-100% top speed with starting blocks
Jog 800m

New England Masters indoor championships next Sunday!  I'm not in shape to do the 200, but I'll do the 60 and maybe the long jump too.

3.3.  Sprinkled in some 1 minute pickups at 'would be nice again' 5k pace to remind my legs what fast(er) running feels like.
