I did a 5K, but it was same pace as the Bolder Boulder 10K the other week. I tried but legs wouldn't move any faster, and I didn't fight it. 6th OA and 1st masters -
11.5 miles for the day (warm up, cool down, race AM) and 30 minute shakeout run later in the day.

My son ran in the Swiss mountain running championships (1300 m climb up trails) over the weekend and would have been top 20 if he were a citizen there.
I'll stick to running, thank you.
