3 miles with the pup. I had some crazy GI discomfort, I didn't think I was going to make it but I did. Felt good otherwise though, even after my weekend of bad behavior.

Worked a Canadian Thanksgiving race in Niagara Falls this morning. Took the opportunity to get my own run in along the Niagara Parkway path to the falls and back. Lots of tourists ducking and weaving near the falls. 16K.
