Track meet today. Got second in my heat of the 60m (slow time though -9.25) and 3rd in the 200m 32.52 - exactly the same as I ran three weeks ago. Crazy.

Nationals in 3 weeks.

Beautiful sunny 50F temps around here today. Probably about the third of the runners I saw were wearing shorts. I might of opted for shorts too, but I was going for a long 30K.

I xc skied for an hour in Boulder, snowing out and didn't want to deal with mountain traffic.

Congrats Arnie.  Skiing sounds amazing.  We're headed to Banff for alpine in a week and I hope I have a chance to snowshoe and ski xc as well.

I ran 3 recovery miles with a friend this morning, then took my dog for a mile walk.  Gorgeous out today.
