Yeah, I saw him run in college a couple of times, he looked like he was 15 but you could tell he would be very good.
I'll stick to running, thank you.

He had a really good run

Let's see off the top of my head -

Oft injured, but:
High school XC champion
World junior championship XC bronze medalist
NCAA XC champion
3 time Olympian - and I think placed top 10 in Olympics twice (10K and marathon)
World half marathon bronze medalist
5K - 12:56 (former American record)
10K - 27:12? (it was fast for sure)
Half Marathon PR of 60:00
Marathon PR 2:07

I'll stick to running, thank you.

kthxbai.  He was 2 years ahead of me and always a reminder of how off the chain my high school (and then college) years were.  Webb and his mile shenanigans, Ritz obliterating everyone at anything longer than a mile and podiuming at world juniors (behind some douchebag named Keninisa Bekele), Ryan Hall doing Ryan Hall things with the lord's blessing.

My 'ritz in action' photo...

It's disappointing he wasn't able to do more, yet also remarkable what did accomplish even with his injuries.
