13.9K. Out before the heat and humidity getting pushed up by tropical depression Cristobal.

Adding in 5K this evening in the hot, humid stuff.  :pissed:

Not going to bore with detail, but 8 miles with some reps on the track. Had some breathing issues but ran some solid splits. 
I'll stick to running, thank you.

3.5 miles at conversational pace to listen to a friend who needed to vent/rant. It was a nutso day for me so at least I got out.
