Staying hot & humid. 14.35K.

Some say their Garmin is back. So far, no good with mine. Did manual load.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Hot and humid 3 miles.  Still out of shape (had to take a walking break).

50 minutes easy.  Temp and humidity in the 80's.  Very sweaty run!
