3.3 miles in light rain. Hot, 72°. I had to test out my light groin strain from Monday's Softball. It's fine for jogging, but sprinting is another animal. I'm sitting out tomorrow's playoff game in hopes I can sprint on it by Monday.

6 miles. Cool but dry with gray clouds. Perfect mid-50's F running weather.
