Track workout today!

Jog 800m warmup.
20-25 mins dynamic stretching and sprint drills.

1 x 200m @80%
1 x 300m @80%
5 mins rest
2 x 100m @90%
2 x 50m @90%

The swirling strong wind was messing with my times, so I focused on effort and form. Also the spicy Chinese food last night was probably not a great idea.
