Saturday is usually my day off, but nicer weather today, rather than showers and rain tomorrow made for a change of plans. 23K and with that 100K for the week.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Got me a nice easy 9.5k run on the mountain bike trail I’ll be racing tomorrow. Had rained yesterday but with sandy soil trail was in decent shape.
