Wednesday January 19 training and workouts

Loco Coyote

Another double trouble session today, this was the fog and ice version.

AM - 5.6 with 4X 5-6 minute reps with 1 minute recovery at marathon effort (7-flat). With freezing drizzle the footing got pretty dicey, especially wearing Saucony Endorphin Pros which are notoriously slippery when it's wet or icy.

PM - 4.1 with 6X 2 minute hill reps at threshold to 10K effort. Had to take it real easy on the jog down.

80 minutes for the day.


Fast Eddie

Same as yesterday. Morning 2K run/walk to subway. After work 7.5K run commute home.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
