17.4 miles today SW of Denver. Blustery and about 30 at the start but it warmed up into the 40s and the wind died down. 60.8 for the week plus yesterday's XC ski. 10.3 hours total.

Long run but getting shorter, tapering with target race just 2 weeks out.
17k trail run with a couple built-in 15-minute efforts. Those efforts kind of kicked my butt, and my knee complained a little. Probably under-nourished a little, as well. Shortened the run a bit and finished by walking the last 15 minutes.

Got a late start which turned a crisp frosty morning run into a moderately warm afternoon run.(17*C, 20%RH)
