Mid afternoon run as we had some very welcome morning rain, and then I had a noon time dentist appointment.


11.6K with a good bit of humidity.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

I did 15 miles today, raced 5K yesterday. I had an off race but use these as building blocks to the longer events.
