I did a little tune-up WO today, 6.4 miles with 6X200 and 2X100 on the track in spikes. Racing a mile and 4X400 relay on Thursday. It's a little discouraging to be losing some 5 seconds in them mile each year. But maybe I can eke out something. Haven't run an all-out 400 in a long time.
