Around 3 1/2 miles. Sunny and warm, 62°. Last run before Saturday's trail race.

20.1 miles
easy for a mile or so, then easy-moderate until 15 and then I picked it up with 5 mile progression.
Going to do a 10 day long run cycle for this training block.

Warm here too for the last few hours of summer. Almost 80F with the humidity. Decent wind at least. 10K
