Just below freezing out, but windchill makes it 10 degrees colder. Considering what's happening in Buffalo just 70 minutes due south-west, I'll take it. Bare roads here.

7.5 miles with an attempt at getting some pace back in. 30 degrees, sunny, saw a bald eagle on my warm-up. Did 6X 2 minutes with 1 minute recovery, with faster reps at 6:30-6:40, felt like I was starting all over.
