Haven't run for awhile because we're visiting family on Kauai. Today temperature was 78° and pretty humid, but I decided to give it a go. Did 3 miles. While I like Hawaii, damn but I prefer running in Seattle area. Being accustomed to 40° or so and then jumping to near 80° is interesting to say the least.
