Got my 6th Covid shot Friday, so skipped my run Saturday. Did 5 easy miles today.

Worked a Run for Women 10K/5K race this morning. Got home just after noon. Had lunch, took nap. Then watched some baseball, hockey and Indy 500. Finally got out late afternoon for a 13.25K run. Temps were in the low 80°F.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
