Ran a 5K trail race this morning. Cloudy and muddy, 68°.

Led out a Canada Day Kids 1K. 10 of the little brats blew by me with 300 meters to go with the winner finishing in 4:03. I'm getting to old for this     

Easier 6.8K in the evening when the last of the thunderstorms blew through.
