13 K trail run in the afternoon.
Warm and humid and didn't have the juice to really finish the last of the fartleks at the end.

About 8 k playing disc golf this morning.

I'm gonna stretch and call it an all-day half marathon.

I did 18.7 on the Highline Canal in SW Denver. It's a 70 mile path from the foothills to DIA, mostly continuous and mostly gravel about 15 feet wide and fairly flat. So great place for church of the long run, and very popular on Sunday mornings. Fall marathon.
