Loco Coyote

Mid week, mid-long with a varied pace middle.

13 miles that included reps of 2.4, 2 and 2 km at marathon pace interspersed with 1600 m (half marathon pace), 1200 m (10K pace) and 800 (8K pace), taking a 1.5 to 2.5 minute jog recovery between. This was my toughest tempo-type effort of the training block, but I have a couple long runs ahead.

5.25K with Run Club. Bit cool and windy. Felt like a early Fall run.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
