Did my last pre marathon semi-long run a couple of days early due to a large snow fall coming this afternoon. 16.3K

No snow here but back in the rain. 41°F for my wet 3 miles today.

Fast Eddie what marathon are you doing? Is this a new state/province?

I did a fairly easy double on Thursday, just under 4 miles on the treadmill and then later 5 miles with 6X 45 seconds (5 were uphill, 1 flat), moderately fast, and 2X 15 second sprints. It was kind of a weird afternoon, I think we peaked in temp with 50 or just under and I got out there maybe 30 minutes later under some cloud cover and it just felt chilly. I had to retrieve my arm warmers after the first mile, so basically double layers and still cold.

Doing Skidaway Island Marathon in Savanna Georgia this Saturday, then heading to Spring Training Baseball games in Tampa area.

Done all the states and provinces. Fourth state second time around, if I was going for a repeat.
