[Arrojo]

Raised the 50 m and 100 meters at our all comers track meet tonight against guys half my age. I did OK but I'm 65 now and could not beat the 30 year-olds. Worse, against my better judgment I raced the 200, and tweaked my hammy coming around the first turn. Hopefully it's OK for Sunday's Connecticut Masters Games

Evening Global Running Day Event sponsored by HOKA at a theme park. Ran a 6K route (it was advertised to be a 7K two lapper, but they screwed up the route winding through the theme park. They then opened a section of the park for free rides, including their biggest roller coaster. Also had a buffet going, poutine, pizza, spring rolls, chow mien and waffles. Started to rain, so I got free facial from the rain pellets while on the roller coaster.
