5 sweaty miles with lots of sun. Only 67°, but that's enough of an increase in temperature to be too much in my opinion. My grown kids in Sacramento and Phoenix think otherwise.

14K bike commuting and a 5.5K run when I got home.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
