[Loco Coyote]

14.5 miles on Magnolia Road, west of Boulder (elev. 8200 with lots of up and down). Made famous in the cult classic Running with the Buffaloes

[Fast Eddie]

Rabbited a Kids 1K in the morning. Getting too old for that. Ran just over a 4 minute 1K, and got beat by half dozen kids, though I did let up over the last 200 meters so the kids could have the victory.
