Another 3 sweaty miles.

8.6 miles with tune-up reps. 1000, 2X 800, and 4X 200. Even though I was kind of tired on the warm-up they were all faster than expected.  Big race week ahead. 5K on Saturday, 4X 800 relay in a week and 10000 meters next Saturday.

Morning heavy rain and threat of rain all day with the remnants of Beryl coming through. Was kind enough to give us a break through Run Club time, so a quick 5K before anymore moisture brewed up.
