Loco Coyote

A little over 20 miles in 2:40. It was chilly (40F) and foggy at the start and it took almost two hours for it to warm up. First 8.7 (1:12) was easy effort and then I did a series of 14-15 minutes on, 8 minutes easy. These runs wipe me out.

Fast Eddie

Worked the Toronto Marathon Expo for about 10 hours, mostly on my feet working on the the cashes. Got home tired, but couldn't waste the 65°F evening weather. So out for 8K.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
