Got in 12K for Good Friday.

I did my Thursday workout on Friday, too.
6k "above threshold" intervals. Used the most technical trail sections in my area and was pleased to hit my targets (most of them) even in the harder sections. 29*C/88F and humid with storms expected this weekend.
